Description

The #4 Polish finish has a 150-180 grit grain in one direction, most commonly found is use on kitchen appliances and restaurant equipment or where the material is subject to rough handling. It resist showing finger prints and small scratches and scuffs.
"Grain" (Brush Marks) run parallel to the length, except on 24 x 36 and 24 x 48 sheets, where there run with the 24 inch dimension.
Alloy 304 stainless steel is a non-magnetic, chrome-nickel alloy, that is one of the most commonly used stainless steels. It offers good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, as well as resistance to industrial atmospheres and chemicals. It can be easily formed and welded by common methods. It is non-magnetic.
