I was employed at the Company during 2003.
I classify the item as New since I have never worn the pin.
I am a non-smoker and this item comes from a smoke-free home.

Free USPS Retail Ground shipping is for the 48 continental United States. Depending upon size/weight of package, I may decide to ship the item UPS Ground.
